Chairman Muddle opened the meeting at 7:00 pm
APPROVAL OF MINUTES-on a motion by James Cownie and seconded by Myrna Hallenbeck the minutes of June 27, 2007 were approved with the correction: that Richard Dixon be present on June 27th meeting. All in favor. CARRIED 4 (four) AYES

Charles Van Allen Application for Variance SBL# 150-3-8 .707 HWY 29 in Mayfield.
Min. lot width of 300'. Existing code would triple the cost of utility hook up. Also rendering the remain acres landlocked except fifty feet.
Myrna Hallenbeck made a motion and seconded by Richard Bumpus to hold a public hearing for Charles Van Allen On August 22, 2007 at 7:10pm .All in favor
Richard Bumpus made a motion to suspend the regular meeting and open the Public Hearing as advertised and scheduled for this evening at 7:10 pm. For Dwyer
Motion by Myrna Hallenbeck and second by James Cownie to close Public Hearing for Dwyer.
Area Variance Findings & Decisions, the ZBA, after taking into consideration the above five factors, the finds that the VARIANCE is APPROVED for Dwyer SBL# 150-3-8.
Richard Bumpus made a motion to suspend the regular meeting and open the Public Hearing as advertised and scheduled for this evening at 7:20 pm. For Showers
Motion by Myrna Hallenbeck and second by James Cownie to close Public Hearing for Showers
Area Variance Findings & Decisions, the ZBA, after taking into consideration the above five factors, the finds that the VARIANCE is APPROVED for Showers SBL#152-4-9
Richard Bumpus made a motion and second Myrna Hallenbeck to suspend the regular meeting and open the Public Hearing as advertised and scheduled for this evening at 7:30pm. For Voss
Motion by James Cownie and second by Myrna Hallenbeck to close Public Hearing for Voss
Area Variance Findings & Decisions, the ZBA, after taking into consideration the above five factors, the finds that the VARIANCE is APPROVED for Voss 150-9-2
