                                           ZONING BOARD OF APPEALS

 

At the regular meeting of the Zoning Board of Appeals, Town of Mayfield, Fulton County, New York held on Wednesday, August 22, 2007 at the Mayfield Municipal Complex 28 North School Street.

 

PRESENT:       Wesley Muddle, Chairman

                        Myrna Hallenbeck, Board Member

                        James Cownie, Board Member

                        Richard Dixon, Board Member

 

ABSENT:        Richard Bumpus, Board Member

 

OTHERS PRESENT: Michael Stewart CEO, Charles VanAllen, Robert Percent, Jamie Agerter

 

Chairman Muddle opened the meeting at 7:00 PM.

 

APPROVAL OF MINUTES-

On motion by Richard Dixon and seconded by Myrna Hallenbeck the minutes of July 25, 2007 were approved with the following corrections, the correct address for Charles VanAllen is 707 St Hwy 29A, also area variance findings& decisions, the ZBA after taking into consideration the above five factors, the finds that be omitted from the sentences where variances are approved.4AYES (Muddle, Hallenbeck, Cownie, Dixon) 1 ABSENT (Bumpus)

 

NEW APPLICATION-

A new application was received from Robert Percent 556 Vandenburgh Point Road to add a garage 22x24.

 

SET PUBLIC HEARING FOR PERCENT-

On motion by Richard Dixon and seconded by Myrna Hallenbeck a public hearing was set for September 26th at 7:10 PM for Robert Percent SBL#104.20-1-19. 4AYES (Muddle, Hallenbeck, Cownie, Dixon) 1 ABSENT (Bumpus)

 

CLOSE REGULAR MEETING AND OPEN PUBLIC HEARING

On motion by Myrna Hallenbeck and seconded by Richard Dixon the regular meeting is now closed and the public hearing for Charles VanAllen SBL#150-3-8 application at 7:10 PM. 4 AYES (Muddle, Hallenbeck, Cownie, Dixon) 1 ABSENT (Bumpus)

 

CLOSE PUBLIC HEARING AND REOPEN REGULAR MEETING

On motion by Myrna Hallenbeck and seconded by Jim Cownie the public hearing for Charles Van Allen application SBL# 150-3-8 be closed and the regular meeting reopened at 7:12PM. 4 AYES (Muddle, Hallenbeck, Cownie, Dixon) 1 ABSENT (Bumpus)

 

Area Variance Findings & Decisions, the ZBA, after taking into consideration the above five factors, the finds that the VARIANCE is APPROVED for Charles Van Allen 150-3-8.

 

The next meeting will be September 26, 2007
