                                           ZONING BOARD OF APPEALS

 

At the regular meeting of the Zoning Board of Appeals, Town of Mayfield, Fulton County, New York held on Wednesday, September 26, 2007 at the Mayfield Municipal Complex 28 North School Street.

 

PRESENT:       Richard Bumpus, Board Member

                        Myrna Hallenbeck, Board Member

                        James Cownie, Board Member

                        Richard Dixon, Board Member

 

ABSENT:        Wesley Muddle, Chairman

 

OTHERS PRESENT: Michael Stewart CEO, Robert Percent, Rena Percent, Cheryl Gifford, Michelle Buckley Zoning Clerk.

 

Board Member Richard Dixon opened the meeting at 7:00 PM.

 

APPROVAL OF MINUTES-

Motion by Myrna Hallenbeck and seconded by James Cownie to accept the minutes of August 22, 2007 were approved with the following corrections:The Area Variance Findings & Decisions from the ZBOA  after taking into consideration the above five factors Approve Mr. Robert Percent  Variance SBL# 104.20-1-19. 4 Yes (Muddle, Hallenbeck, Cownie, Dixon) 1 Absent (Bumpus).

 

NEW APPLICATION-

None at this time

 

CLOSE REGULAR MEETING AND OPEN PUBLIC HEARING

On motion by Myrna Hallenbeck and seconded by Jim Cownie the regular meeting is now closed and the public hearing for Robert Percent SBL#104.20-1-19 application at 7:10 PM. 4 AYES (Bumpus, Hallenbeck, Cownie, Dixon) 1 ABSENT (Muddle)

 

CLOSE PUBLIC HEARING AND REOPEN REGULAR MEETING

On motion by Richard Bumpus and seconded by Myrna Hallenbeck the public hearing for Robert Percent application SBL# 104.20-1-19 be closed and the regular meeting reopened at 7:14PM. 4 AYES (Bumpus, Hallenbeck, Cownie, Dixon) 1 ABSENT (Muddle)

 

Area Variance Findings & Decisions, the ZBA, after taking into consideration the above five factors, the finds that the VARIANCE is APPROVED for Robert Percent 140.20-1-19.

 

On motion by Richard Bumpus and seconded by Myrna Hallenbeck the meeting was adjourned at 7:15PM 4AYES (Bumpus, Hallenbeck, Cownie, Dixon) 1 ABSENT (Muddle)
