Body:

A regular meeting of the Mayfield Planning Board, Town of Mayfield, Fulton County, New York, was held on Wednesday, January 17th 2007 at the Mayfield Municipal Complex 28 North School Street at 7:00pm



PRESENT

Arthur Dahl, Chairman

Marilyn Salvione, Board Member

Nancy Deitch, Board Member

Barney Brower, Board Member



ABSENT: John Vadney, Board Member



OTHERS PRESENT: Dave Huckans, Richard Stapf, Scott Staph, Greg Deitch,Carol Lempke, Charles Lempke, Anthony Leonardi, David Cooper, Walter Gruet, Jeff Gruet, Marylou Jacobs and George Jacobs.


Chairman Arthur Dahl called the meeting to order at 7:00pm


 

 APPROVAL OF MINUTES-A motion was made By Marilyn Salvione and seconded By Barney Brower, to accept Minutes. 4 AYES 0 NAYS 1 ABSENT



 Motion by Deitch 2nd by Brower, for Public Hearing to be held on February 21, 2007 at 7:30 pm for Leonardi SBL#120.6-2-2 (4) AYES, (1) ABSENT



Motion by Salvione, 2nd by Deitch, to open Public Hearing on Staph, all in favor.

There were a few questions on where exactly the house is going to be located and in the future will it affect drainage of water or the culvert near the road.

There were questions on if there was a perk test done.


Motion by Deitch, 2nd by Salvione, to table decision for a month until next meeting. This will allow time for a survey to be modified to include where the house will  be located and a perk test done, 4 AYES 1 ABSENT (Vadney)


Motion by Brower, 2nd by Salvione, to reschedule Greco/Huckans SBL#103.04-1-16.111 for February 21, 2007 at 8:00pm to provide an updated survey. 4 AYES 1 ABSENT (Vadney)



 


NEW BUSINESS:


Jacobs SBL#135.-5-3 Motion by Deitch, 2nd by Salvione, to determine proposed action to  be a minor subdivision

 

Chairman Arthur Dahl reported he has recommended to the Town Board that, John Vadney, be appointed chairman for 2007


Next meeting will be held on February 21, 2007


Motion made by Salvione, 2nd by Brower, to adjourned meeting, 4 AYES 1 ABSENT
