RES# 85 ACCEPTANCE OF OAK CONSTRUCTION
On motion by Councilman Ryan and seconded by Councilwoman Sieg the following resolution was ADOPTED 5 AYES (McLain, Argotsinger, Putman, Ryan, Sieg) 0 NAYS
RESOLVED that the Mayfield Town Board approves the acceptance of Oak Construction bid at $124,189.69 for Bushnell Road Bridge project.
A discussion was held on the Broadalbin Fire Contract for 2008.
A discussion was held on hiring a surveyor for the Old Village Hall to straighten property lines.
A discussion was held regarding Broadalbin Ambulance service getting insurance.
The Town Board directed Supervisor McLain to send a letter to Doug Hill requesting a decision on water-sewer district proposal from the committee by June 21st.
