Meetings are held on the Fourth Wednesday of each month at 7:00 pm. It is the function of this board to review any and all applications for a variance to a Local Law. The fee to apply for a variance is $75.00/residential and $125.00/non-residential. Requests have to be submitted by the Friday preceding the week of the meeting to be reviewed in that month.
